The Holocaust History Project
is an archived website originally built and maintained by Harry W. Mazal, a collector of books and archival materials documenting the Holocaust. The University of Colorado Boulder Libraries' Rare & Distinctive Collections acquired Mazal's library in 2014 and manages the physical collection. As part of this acquisition, the Libraries archived Mazal's original website for the collection. This collection consists of five archived social media sites used by Colorado politician Jared Polis, during his service as Representative for Colorado's 2nd District in U.S. Congress between 2009-2019, as well as Polis's archived congressional website. The sites were archived by the University of Colorado Boulder Libraries' Rare & Distinctive Collections, at Polis's request, as part of the Libraries' 2018 acquisition of Polis's congressional papers.
